Warranty
BusParts Eesti OÜ provides warranty on the products it sells in line with the manufacturer's warranty, which is typically 12 months from the invoice date.
1. Warranty duration
Warranty duration depends on the specific product and its manufacturer. For most spare parts from Eberspächer, Spheros, Webasto, Valeo, Hispacold the warranty is 12 months. Some products (e.g. electronics, control modules) may have 24 months. The exact warranty period is stated in each product's manufacturer warranty card or available on request.
2. What the warranty covers
- Technical failure of the product under normal use
- Manufacturing defects
3. What the warranty does NOT cover
- Improper installation or unsuitable use of the product
- Mechanical damage (drops, impacts)
- Modifications or repairs by third parties
- Natural wear (filters, gaskets, hoses)
- Products whose serial number has been removed or altered
4. Warranty process
- Customer emails info@busparts.ee with the invoice number, product, and defect description
- Adds photos and, if possible, a video to prove the defect
- The Seller approves the warranty process within 1–3 business days
- Customer ships the product back via DHL/Itella/Omniva to the Reolasoo warehouse
- After manufacturer inspection (5–15 business days), we send a new product or credit the customer's bank account
5. Warranty exception: heating appliances
For Eberspächer and Webasto heating appliances, the manufacturer requires that warranty applies only to units installed by a specialised service centre. Warranty does NOT apply to "self-installed" units when installation errors have been made.
