Returns

BusParts Eesti OÜ is a B2B seller — all customers are companies. The 14-day cancellation right under Estonian consumer law does NOT apply to us, but we offer a reasonable return option as a courtesy.

1. Right to return

The customer may return a received product within 14 days of receipt if:

• The product is in its original packaging, unused and undamaged
• The product is returnable (excluding custom-made or special-order parts)
• The customer submits a return request to info@busparts.ee

2. Return process

1. Customer emails info@busparts.ee with the invoice number and item to be returned
2. The Seller approves the return within 1–2 business days and sends the return address
3. Customer ships the product at their own cost via DHL/Itella/Omniva to the Reolasoo warehouse
4. After inspection (1–3 business days after arrival), the Seller credits the refundable amount to the customer's bank account within 14 days

3. Defective / wrong items

If the product is defective or incorrect, the Seller bears the return cost. The customer must email a photo or defect description within 7 business days of receipt.

4. Non-returnable items

• Custom-made or special-order products
• Opened-packaging or used items (except defects)
• Items whose delivery address the customer entered incorrectly
