This privacy policy describes how BusParts Eesti OÜ (Estonian company reg. 14364941, hereinafter "we") collects, uses and protects your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

  • Account data — company name, contact person, email, phone, VAT number, registry code, country.
  • Order data — delivery address, ordered products, prices, payment terms.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, login history, cookies.

3. Why we use your data

  • To fulfill orders and issue invoices
  • For customer activation and login (passwordless OTP)
  • To apply personal pricing to B2B customers
  • For customer service and technical support
  • To comply with statutory obligations (accounting, VAT)

4. Retention period

Account data is retained while the account is in active use or until you request deletion. Order and invoice data is retained for 7 years per Estonian accounting law.

5. Who we share data with

  • Erply — our accounting and CRM system, where customer data and invoices are stored.
  • DHL Express — courier service to whom we forward the delivery address.
  • Resend — email provider for sending login codes and confirmation emails.
  • Cloudflare — web hosting and database.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Receive a copy of your data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account (except for statutorily required retention)
  • Object to data processing
  • Contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate — aki.ee

7. Cookies

We use cookies for login and language preference. We do not use analytics cookies, so no separate consent is requested.
