Terms of Sale

BusParts Eesti OÜ (Estonian company reg. 14364941, hereinafter the "Seller") sells spare parts via busparts.ee to B2B business customers under these terms.

1. Placing an order

Orders may be placed only by registered B2B users. An order is considered placed when the customer confirms it on the checkout page along with their contact details and delivery address. The Seller will email an order confirmation.

2. Pricing

Prices for B2B customers depend on their assigned customer group. All prices are listed without VAT; VAT is added per applicable Estonian law (24% in 2026). The Seller reserves the right to correct an obvious pricing error before confirming the order.

3. Payment terms

The standard payment method is bank transfer with a 14-day payment term from the invoice date. The Seller emails the PDF invoice within one business day of order confirmation. The full amount must be paid without deductions.

4. Delivery

Deliveries are made by DHL Express courier to the order address, or the customer can collect goods from the Reolasoo warehouse by prior arrangement. Actual delivery times depend on destination; intra-EU delivery is typically 1–5 business days.

5. Title

Title to the goods passes to the buyer only after full payment is received.

6. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are first attempted to be resolved by negotiation; otherwise jurisdiction is with Tartu County Court.
